(More customer reviews)This book is quite obviously nothing more than a set of compiled salsa recipes from the Internet (page 199: "indications missing in the original txt file"). No credit is given to the original recipe authors. The dedication page has a number of names on it, but nothing more, and it's longer than many of the recipes.
There is no introduction to the collection, no comments from the so-called author. There was no editing of the recipes at all, so you receive recipes full of spelling and grammatical errors. The vast majority of the recipes require only a paragraph of type-space, but they have been set in large type with a lot of space between lines, forcing them to take up most of a page. Almost all of the pages are printed on one side only. This book could have been reduced from 342 pages to 80 or so if anyone cared about saving trees.
There's no need to spend your money on salsa recipes you can find many places on the Internet. If you want information about making your own salsa and guidance for experimentation then this is not the book for you.
The directions on page 339 for "Hottest Crap in the World" say "mix together and eat it fool." The "author" apparently thought "let's mix together recipes and see what fools buy them."
