Listed as heavy duty - this is a light middleweight pan at best.
I worked for Ekco-Glaco remanufacturing industrial baking pans for three years and also worked for Satan's cookie baker - Mrs. Fields for two years - I know the difference.

Its two-ply steel is fortified with Electro-Tin Plating (ETP), which enhances durability and rust protection while providing even heat distribution. The pan is easy to handle to and from the oven, and its broiler-safe rating allows for the multi-purpose function of both baking and cooking. Only non-metal utensils, such as nylon and wooden tools, should be used to protect its nonstick coating.
