(More customer reviews)This is a fantastic grill pan. Everything I've done it, from salmon to chicken to steaks, has nicely seared and cooked well. Actually, it has cooked medium-rare.
Clean up is very easy. No more work than cleaning a coated non-stick and way easier than cast iron grill pan I use to have.
This is my first Scanpan product. It won't be my last.
