(More customer reviews)I studied abroad in Chile last semester and when I returned to the U.S. I couldn't stop talking about all of the amazing food I tasted there. Eventually, my friends and family got sick of hearing me talk about all of the delicious food that they had no way of tasting...or so they thought. I decided to search for a Chilean cookbook and came across this one. I am by no means a great cook, but this book made everything so easy with several photos of what the dish should look like throughout the cooking process. The meals turned out almost as good as when my Chilean host mother had made them for me, and I was finally able to prove to my friends and family that what I had been saying was true. Looking through the book, I found a bunch of other recipes from other countries like Peru, Brazil, and Uruguay that I can't wait to try.
