I wanted the type of onion soup crocks that restaurants use but could never seem to find the right color or the right size. These HIC crocks were the right size and color. I love them and my onion soup turns out beautifully in them. When the cheese drips down the sides, they look just like they do in the restaurants. I highly recommend this product.
